  • January 2005 - Performance Healthcare Products USA is formed as the distribution office for V-Trak products in North America.

  • April 2005 - PHP-USA submitted our current product line to SADMERC for coding.

  • November 2005 - PHP receives HCPCS coding on our complete product line. Comfort  backrests are coded E2613, Axxis Backrest coded E1615

  • March 2006 - V-Trak thoracics receive HCPCS codes E0956 + E1028

  • July 2006, V-Trak receives COMPLETE product line approval and funding from the Ontario Assistive Devices Program.

  • October 2006  - PHP introduces the AX-R line of Axxis Backrests, these backrests come in a new 12" height. HCPCS approves backrests as E2613

  • November 2006 - PHP introduces the AXS-XXL 24" wide backrest. SADMERC approves product as E2616

    March 2007 - PHP receives both WC-19 AND WC-20 certification from the University of Michigan Transportation Institute.

  • April 2007- The V-Trak "Custom Contour" line of individually manufactured custom seating systems are approved by SADMERC as E2617
